Unauthorized charges to my credit card
I also got scammed by this company. They sent me a second bottle and charged me for it and won't take it back nor refund my money. I am sending a letter to my credit card company to fight the charge and the Texas Attorney General. The caveat about future shipments is absolutely hidden in a grayed out, scroll-down box in 6 point type on their website. This box with the caveat is also below where you click to "submit your order." This is clearly deceptive. We need to stop them from doing this to others.

Unauthorized charges
I, too, ordered a "free sample" and since then have been charged $69.95 on a monthly basis and they keep sending Hoodia, even though I have canceled. I have notified my credit card company that this is not a valid charge and just want the Hoodia to stop as well as the invalid charge each month.

ripped off for pills I did not order
I too was ripped off with this company. I ordered the "free" sample and never was told I would be automatically enrolled in a recurring shipment of these diet supplements that do not work. I was billed twice on my credit card before I could catch it, $69.95 each time as well as $5.49 for shipping of my "free" sample. I called and they claimed I never called to cancel, which I did. Now I have called again and said I want to return these, I never opened them as they do not work and they said they do not take returns. The girl said you have 14 days from the day you place the order to cancel, however by the time you place the order, receive the order, try the supplement a few days to see it does not work, the 14 days are up. That is misrepresentation, and theft by deception. How do I get them to credit my account? I am pissed big time!

sending product without autorization and charging my credit card
Real Solutions Lab continues to send me an unwanted and unrequested product each month which I have my post master refuse. They continue to bill my credit card without my authorization. The company will not respond to any correspondence. How do you get these guys to STOP!

Hoodia
I have been receiving unsolicited product every month. I have sent it back but they keeo coming and I keep getting charged on my credit card. I want the deliveries to stop and I will contest each charge on my bill. There is no phone number to call.
