I ordered the intoductory offer for this product which was offered at no cost. Nothing was said about sending further shipments. The stuff doesn't do a thing and I would not have ordered more of it. They charged my credit card for the unauthorized shipment and I have no idea how to turn them off. There was no invoice included in the package or any phone numbers to call and no website to visit.

What can I do about this?
