Unauthorized charges to credit card
I ordered ONE SAMPLE from these crooks and they've sent me over 8 packages of the garbage they sell with no invoice or any other way to contact them. I've had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from charging any more product. I have no recourse other than this complaint and I am furious. My husband and I are having a tough time financially and sometimes I don't have money for groceries and these swine will not stop bilking my card. They've sent me eight, EIGHT packages of this nasty stuff and billed me over $450!!! AND...the only reason I ordered the sample in the first place was because it was on the cover webpage of my internet server, recommened by OPRAH. OH, I am so furious!!!

unauthorizing charging
I ordered a special on a weight loss product once. Was never told there would be a monthly charge and the supplements being mailed everymonth at a ridiculous price. They keep you on phone for 1/2 hr. then hang up. You can't call to cancel the product. No way to stop this. It was never authorized.

I want them to stop sending me this product.
I ordered a free trial of this product with the opportunity to order more. This did not work for me and I wrote them asking not to send me any more. They continue to send the pills and I can't find a phone number to call them. What can I do????
Thank you. Phyllis Beyer

Unauthorized charges to my credit card
I noticed a side advertisement on some website about this diet pill; "14 day free trial, you only pay the shipping and handling", I read it very carefully, and believe me there were no small print anywhere that said they would automatically send more and I would be charged or that they do not accept refunds, this seemed to me that there were no strings attached and my husband said the same thing. I am not one to order anything online at all besides the usual, Macy's, Kohls etc.
A very small bottle came in the mail without a statement or any piece of paper, then s/h charges of $5.94, then this ICBA charge showed up on my account and my husband ignored it; I never opened the bottle. Then a couple of weeks later another small bottle came in the mail and I could feel through the package that there was no paper so I didn't open it and sent it back. Within the same week more charges were on my account of $66.95 plus another ICBA charge, the larger charge came through on my account as "Internet Supplement". I called the # listed and it stated that if you have charges on your account about some internet thing and "we're sorry however we have nothing to do with this and call this other number", so when you call this other number a recording comes on and says "we're sorry all curcuits are busy at this time, please try your call again later", I called this number for days. Doesn't this sound a little fishy? Then finally I just called the original number and got through to customer service and they stated that when you order this Hoodia Stack that you agree to automatically get enrolled to receive more if you do not cancel within 14 days, the name of the company is "Real Solutions Labs". They were extrenmely rude and stated that they do not accept refunds and that when I ordered this I enrolled in their little scheme (those are my words), they do not accept refunds and they never credit people. I told them I was going to dispute it because I did not authorize them to send me more and charge my account; I was told "listen lady we win 100% of disputes so don't waste your time". I am contacting the BBB, and the FTC so please I urge everyone to do the same.

Receiving product not ordered
I also received the free trial sample thinking if they worked then I might order some. To my surprise, I received in the mail two bottles of the same thing about two weeks later.
I wrote a letter of refusal and to cancel any other product they may have scheduled for the future. That I was not interested in anything they have to offer. The sample did not help anyway)
This was all within the 14 day time limit (which I didn't see either).
They did credit my account and I thought finally, that is the end of it..I just received another package (the third one).
