Real Arcade is taking money out of my account two times each month. I only have online statements from my bank back to Feb., but it appears twice each month from Feb. through May of 2007. I've been a member of RealArcade for a couple of years and have never checked it very closely. I'm wondering how long they've been doing this?
Also, when I called tonight, I was on hold for over 52 minutes, then a message came on telling me that "wait time was over 60 minutes, please hang up and call back another time". Then it hung up on ME!
I'm off to Chase Bank tomorrow to get this account stopped. Chase is great about putting money back in your account and stopping payments made through your atm/debit card.
I'm not at all pleased with RealArcade/Game Pass and would not recommend it to anyone for any reason.
