I just see in my credit card account the REALARCADEGAMEPASS take money every month for game pass I never take. They still take regular payments via my credit card. It seams that this happens in many cases.

I dont know their adress and I dont know really what to do. Is somebody can help me please? It's also the same situation of different peaple, Let us let us owe lodge complaints, do you have the address of this office??

pay £6.50 each month for game pass, but cant seem to stop payments going out of my account, and would like the charges to stop

Our Credit card is being charged each month US $ 9.99 by Realarcade company, and no one realy know where it coms from. We would like to have it stopped.

I want to stop being charged for $9.99 a month for something I don't have or want. Our computer picked up a bad virus and now we have no games nor want any.
I expect this charge to be taken off my monthly Gm card bill right now. I do not even know what game it was for.

Received three unauthorized charges on Mastercard. Called Mastercard and reported them. They sent a notice of fraudulent charges by RealArcadeGamePass to be signed and reset my card number. Hope this was helpful.
