unsolicited withdrawals after purchase of game
About a month after I purchased a game from this company I noticed that they were still charging my account on a monthly basis. I did not knowingly agree to this - it must have been buried in the fine print. I have not been able to contact them in person and their site doesn't link to a customer service. I'm trying to stop this unsolicited withdrawal from my account.

Charges to my Visa!
I went online and there was a 2 week free trial for Real Arcade. I had to give my Visa # in case I wanted to keep it going. I DID NOT. I tried to access them and they told me they did not have me on file. I explained at that time that I had better not see any charges to my Visa and they said no problem, if I wasn't on file, they couldn't charge me. I got my bill today and there is a charge for $10.20 USD. I am not paying this, when I specifically tried to stop it before.

No games
I signed up with Real Arcade Game Pass to buy computer games for my computer. I bought some and every so often they send me the new games out. BUT, when I came to purchase some games they would not let me. I put in my user name etc. BUT, they still keep taking out US$9.99 from my credit card every month. I told them to stop taking out this amount but they never get back to me. What can I do please??

Unable to stop Visa payments
I have been unable to contact REALARCADEGAMEPASS by email. I requested help from the fraud department of my Visa to help cancel payments but they had no success. Have contacted my Visa provider to help again, this is ongoing. If there is anyone out there that can help me please put reply on this web page. Thank you.
