Software Fraud

This company is by far the worst company you could ever do business with! Stay away from this company as you will only get the run around and never get what you pay for. I have been dealing with them since June of 09, and their software does not work! They will not refund and they will never speak with you in person. The only way to get support from them is through email. Here we are in 2010 and they are still offering awful support via email... Imagine typing out your issues a page long, only to be sent back a one line sentence saying something to the effect of " please try turning off your antivirus software." Incredible! I have been told that 5 different times after explaining to them the program or module they call it, has been created and installed on a computer that does not have an anti virus on it.

Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this product and company! They will take your money and entertain you with dumb emails!

Software Fraud

Do not purchase this software. You WILL get ripped off. You download this software and it doesn't work at all. I had a pop up from my antivirus software warning me it was a very dangerous download. My laptop fried with viruses two weeks after downloading the program. The software is full of TROJANS. Beware. I demanded a refund and they did nothing nor contacted me back. Their technical support is only online and is a fraud! They only have one guy in customer service. I have called several times and the same guy answers the phone. Spy tech is dangerous and a fraud! The only so called support they offer is online. You send an email, and they either don't answer it or they send an email to you telling you to follow their instructions on their website. I have demanded my money back several times with no success. They are not and US Company so there is no one to complain to and they have no one to answer to. Please do not use this software. They go by Spytech Software, The Plimus Team, and Realtime-Spy.
