I entered into a short sale agreement to buy a house, and put up a $1000 deposit at the insistence of my realtor. The sale was not approved by the seller's bank, and the seller agreed to return the deposit.

But the two brokers interfered in the transaction, and are not releasing the deposit. I've been getting one excuse after another from them for a month!
