Please be advised that the Realty One office in Aurora, Ohio managed by Diane Barben is
not to trusted. The agent we chose Barbara Kachenko lied to us during our housing
transaction first by lying about information vital to our financial situation second was
not loyal to our interests and did not follow our instructions . During the process of selling our
home it became apparent that some of our financing was falling apart instead of helping us she ignored
us and kept pushing would not answer questions or tell us our options in our confusion
we bought a home in haste because we were given an unrealistic timetable 3 weeks to vacate
our home so that the buyers would be ok and have a place to live . Never mind that we had a
daughter starting college and a 10 year old dog dying of cancer . We bid according to what
our "trusted' realtor said the owner had paid . I later found out that the former owner had paid
9 thousdand less than our "agent" said and also she took a hefty "commision" for the house in which she admitted my husband found and not her . Also the agent Susan White from Howard Hanna realty
lied to my husband on the price of the home we bought . All we in league with each other all dishonest
and lying .
My point of writing this is to WARN people not to trust realtors in general . We used this woman in the past
and thought she had OUR best interests at heart but she did not we could be homeless now for
all she would care .
The manager Diane Barben never called us never tried to see what she could to to help nothing
total silence . This is a manager ?? This is a trusted realtor ?? GET a lawyer to look at any document
you sign even if you have to pay him a fee its worth it . Watch your own back because they won't
and the huge amount of commisions they take borders on the criminal .
