Deceit/Fraud/No Refund
Realty Properties billed my credit card after I cancelled the transaction via email within 3 days of providing my credit card number. I did not sign any contract and cancelled in the FL law 3-day period. Realty Properties still charged my card so I disputed the charge. I received a call from Don Lewis (6/4/10), Realty Properties sales rep, who stated he had my property sold but he had no contract. I told him I cancelled over a week ago. Don stated if I send the signed contract he would push the sale through. I told he I would NOT sign any contract unless the fee of $595 would be paid after the sale off the top of the amount of the sale price. He agreed so I sent the contract via email stating the fee would be paid contingent on the sale. WELL, Realty Properties billed my card again anyway! I re-disputed the charge. Realty Properties said Don Lewis left the firm and it was his word against me and my wife’s (she was also on the phone when he promised the fee be paid post sale). Realty Properties refuses to refund and states their "Policy" in to BILL FIRST. Well these are horrible business practices and these RIPOFF ARTISTS MUST BE STOPPED. I see Soooo many issues and complaints with this company it is unbelievable. PLEASE STOP this type of FRAUD! This company's personnel MUST be held accountable for their actions of deceit!

Halt all timeshare sales from deceitful practices and provide myself and others full refunds ASAP!

No valid offers
Signed a contract with Realty Properties on 12/30/2009. To date (04/21/2010) I have not received one valid buyer offer for the sale of my timeshare in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Was given a name of a prospective buyer but when contacted by email twice received no response. Realty Properties said they were also unable to get a response from the buyer (strange I thought). I was told by Frank when I signed up that my timeshare should sell in 56 to 74 days maximum. I was aslo told when I signed up that I should be getting contacts in two to four weeks of contract date (hasen't happened). Since it has been almost four months I am getting concerned, as I am on a fixed income. I have contacted them by their inter-email ticket system three times. They make it a point to call me on the phone so there is no paper trail. I did make coments as to the conversation and who I talked to which is part of the ticket and which I have copies. They are International (so they say) and not to get one valid offer in almost four months seems a little odd to me. When I call them I am always told there are offers but they have to be checked out. Nothing ever seems to come of the offers they say are pending. I am totally frustrated at this point.

Refund
This company used to be realtytrade.com and with the numerous complaints of refusing to refund monies they changed their name so they can rip mor clients off so beware of this business also.. They do not offer a refund at this time!!! but they are a rip off

Dear Mike:
I am writing to express my continuing dissatisfaction with your company’s service, marketing my Time Share Property in Kissimmee Fl at the Vacation Village at Parkway; Account Number; 2009154782 & Listing Number: 93864567. I entered in a contract with Jeff Hall on or about Apr 2009 under the auspicious for my wife’s vacation to Nicaragua and pay the upcoming property taxes & cleaning fee. In Sept I began inquiring about the rental and received a report that;

Original offer notification was sent to this email on: 08/12/2009, 08/28/2009, 08/28/2009, 01/28/2010, and 01/28/2010.
Was interested in the property and I e-mailed het on Sept. 3 2009 with no response from her, again on Jan 26 after our conversation and no response and the final e-mail was on Jan 28, 2010 again no response. My inclination that this is a bogus e-mail so that you may say the marketing contract is fulfilled and not refund clients money I know if you had the money taken out of the money when it is rented you would work much harder to market it and you client would be more inclined to be satisfied, but I see you get the money up from under the auspicious of a refund but then there was never really the possibility of a refund was there?
After several conversations with your customer section and I always got the same response and after that I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Orlando Florida and found out the there have been numerous complaints about your practice close to 200 and with the conversation with you stated they were resolved, satisfactorily or unsatisfactorily and if satisfactorily resolved for who you or them. I bet you got the keep their $900.00 too.
Since September 2009 I have began requesting a refund and when I was finally contacted from your customer service dept they stated that I am not entitled to a refund till December 2009. So on Nov 23 I contacted your customer service department by you web site contact and requested a refund and now you say that I have to fax so what else has changed I am now requesting a refund because the unit has not been rented and something has come up that I need the time share and in order to utilize it I must pay the property tax & cleaning fee. I need my $900.00 refunded to me so that I may pay those and bank it with RCI.
Please call at your earliest convenience. 575-624-1568. A copy of this letter will also be sent with a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Orlando Florida.
