Signed an agreement with Realty Trade in August 2009 to market our Monarch Vacations timeshare. They guaranteed that they will refund our money, $894, if we failed to receive an offer from a buyer. Prior to this we discover that this company is a fraud and made several false representations in their website. As an example, the sales rep that we spoke to mentioned that they do have scarce resource of our timeshare, the Monarch Vacations. When I went to their website, there were marketing several Monarch properties. We asked for a refund after 6 months passed, we did not receive any offer and they do not want to refund our money. We also foudn out that there is a mass action lawsuit filed in Florida for this company for misprepresentation charges.

i signed contract with them and have since recieved NO OFFERS. they claim 1 email was sent to my email. I have asked to get a copy of the offer or the person interested, and they said, we are not allowed to give their phone numbers out. As a seller i was eager to sell. Even at a reduced price. My timeshare was priced at 19k, i would have even took 15k for my time share. <br />

Unfortunatly, i didn't recieve any offers, and they have refuse to give me back refund. <br />

Larry Williams promised a refund of our $1295 advertising / sales fee if no offers were made to buy our timeshare in 6 months. We received no offers period. We sent our refund letter within 10 days of our deadline as requested. We sent it registered mail. The USPO says they got the letter. A rep called me about a week after they should have received our letter. They thanked me for signing up for another 6 months. I stated I wanted a refund, not 6 more months. They put me on hold for 2 timed minutes and said they checked and no letter. I demanded my refund again. They said it had to be mailed to the address on the contract. There is no address on the contract. We mailed it to the address on the web site that went with the phone number they answered. I can't believe they can get away with this !#?%!@ Unbelievable. Then I sent an email witha scan of the letter and postage receipt. No response. Several more emails and no response. I guess he's too busy spending my $$$$$.

10/08 - I signed an agreement with Linday Walker at RealtyTrade for $995 before doing my homework, so my bad! I now find that my other people were ripped off like I was. Lindsay promised that my timeshare would be advertised and that I would receive 'Qualified' leads. she also PROMISED that they would sell my time share of I would get a FULL REFUND if my property was not sold after 6 months. I paid the $995 in October 08, I never received a qualified offer and have been getting the run around from the owner/manager Tim Harrison since April 09. Tim has promised to call me to resolve the issue several times leaving me to wait for his call for 4 weeks at a time. Tim finally called me and said that as a courtesy they would refund $100 but that was all they would do.

I am determined to let everyone know how deceiptful this company is and how many people they have ripped off. I will continue to write on complaint boards and will be starting a blog to alert others and have this company brought to justice.

I did promise Tim Harrison that if they resolved my issue I would withdraw my complaints and will make sure others know that they are a reasonable company to do business with.
