My monthly Life Insurance premium is $44.45. Reasure was taking out of my checking account $45.60.
$45.60 caused me to have an overdraft of $34.00. Talked to my bank rep. in person and paperwork was
given to me to forward to Reassure (per request of the Reassure Supervisor). Supervisor stated she would send to me a check for the $34.00 due to Reassure's negilence.
Also, I was supposed to receive a facesheet showing that the amounts of $45.60 taken out over a period od at least 4 months without my written authorizaion was to be applied to my loan that I have with Reassure. I have called Reassure many times requesting the updated facesheet as proof for applying the difference of $1.15 times the number of months applicable to my loan. Also, I am still waiting for my reimbursement of $34.00 due me due to Reassure's negilence by taking out the incorrect amounts for my premium. I have as of this date and time of writing have not received any call backs, checks, or any acknowledgements of honoring my requests. I have been more than fair and more than patient over a period of more than 6 months. Enough is enough! Reassure should be taking more money from my checking account that has not been authorized in writing by me (unauthorized funds from my account no matter how small or large is embezzlement of my funds). Reassure reps do not keep their word; they are unprofessional toward their Insurance Policy holder; and they cannot be trusted to draft properly from my checking account the amount I authorized.
Please let me know what the Insurance Commissioner can do for this type of problem: investigation, etc. etc.
