GREAT SERVICE
I’ve been meaning to review this company for a while now, and I can openly say, “YES, THEY ARE PERFECTLY SAFE AND RELIABLE!” How do I know this? Well, lets say I know someone that used their services, and they were really happy with them. All jokes aside, they are really good company, and they offer professional help for less money. If you use them, your case will be handled by an experienced lawyer (not some paralegal), and it will cost you virtually nothing compared to the traditional lawyer fees (believe me I spent days trying to find better deal). Occasionally you will come across some negative reviews about this company, but bear in mind that these reviews are usually written by their competitors who want piece of their business, since Recordgone.com is the nation's leading criminal record clearing law firm.
So if you ask me, just go with them. You will see, they wont disappoint!

NOT a scam
I cannot believe that people are complaining about this website. They were exteemly helpful and got my record removed faster than other attorney's charging waaay more said was possible. The only explaination I can think of why other's are complainging is because they were either not eligible for the service or they are actually a competing company who wants them to lose business by posting false reports.
I got my felony record expunged in Texas for under $1000 by recordgone.com in only 2 months.

I am very satisfied with RecordGone.com. I used RecordGone.com to expunge my criminal record. The attorneys were very professional and the case manager was excellent. RecordGone.com charged me only $495 and they had my record expunged in less time than they originally quoted.

Here are the real cheaters
So my brother is having a hard time trying to get a job.
Everywhere he goes his criminal record has gotten in the way. So 1 night he came over and we talked about all the problems, and started reading about how to get rid of his record. We ran across this ads telling us that we should use this site, or not use that site. It was confusing.
When we started trying to figure evertyhing out, we kept seeing how recordgone was saying these others were cheaters because their trying to pretend to be your lawyer and stuff. But the other site says on there page that they aint trying to be your lawyer. So how are they cheatin?
When we called to check on prices and stuff, these guys were costin way more than the others to do the same thing.
Dont waste you money. recordgon just wants you to spend your money wit them instead of the others that are cheaper.
And all they gots to say for themselfs when people complain is that its there competition talkin bad about them. Well I aint never saw a company that dont have upset customers they can't ALL be competition.

Major scam
This site is a major scam. They entice people by saying they are good lawyers and providing a discount. They charge you an upfront fee to get started making you believe it is the total amount, then when it comes time to file they charge you twice as much without any notice!!!
All of these hack lawyers attended the same online law school and do not practice real law. There ARE several complaints filed against this group. I contacted one of their 'network attorneys' who said she did NOT want to be associated with Higbee ever again!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Online scam
I was promised to get an expungement from this 'so-called' law firm. I have yet to hear anything back from them about my case and it's been 4 months!!! I find it funny how they were listing these other companies as frauds and scams, yet they are the ones charging more, and not doing anything!!
Do not use RecordGone - They said on their website that they were real attorneys and the only ones that could get this done, yet nothings been done! They used to say on their site the other websites were scams - if the other sites were scams, then I guess their all working together now!!
I wanted to tell as many as I could so they don't cheat anyone else outta their money.
