took money and did not give information that was paid for
Was trying to get my grandsons birth certificate. Gave the site my credit card number. They didn't hesitate to take my money but when I conducted the search it came back that he did not exist. I ended up and had to drive a hundred miles to obtain this record. Now I don't know how to go about getting my money back.Probably never will. This is a bogus site

TOTAL FRAUD
I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE IN FULL. NOT EVEN ABLE TO LOCATE MYSELF, MY HUSBAND, SISTER, BROTHER, NEICE, NEIGHBOR, FRIENDS, ETC. ETC. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I WANT MY *******MONEY BACK. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EXCEPT VIA EMAIL WHICH THEY NEVER RESPOND TO .

This site is bogus! I paid my money for info on a person & this site has found NOTHING for me. It actually sends you to another site that asks for money AGAIN to give you more information. I guess I learned my lesson from this site & will never use it again...CONSIDER THIS A WARNING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!! And getting you money back?!?...please.

+6EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED TO LOOK UP; IT COMES UP IMMEDIATELY, NO ONE BY THAT NAME. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

This website is a total fraud. You pay to join (almost $50 ) to be able to access public records and find information-----NOTHING!!! cannot even find ME on there. All this site does is send you to another site you have to pay additional money for and then you find out the state you need to look for the records in is not available. I have requested a refund to my credit card----will see !!

inadequate, searches are bogus
I paid for information that was not even close.
I am searching for an Uncle and I have all the necessary info including Date of birth
the searches come up empty, how is that? I know he exist.
I even crossed check on my own information and came up blank,
This is a bogus site, you are better off calling 411 and ask an operator.
