Chris from Recovery TTA asked us, a freight forwarding company, to ship 2 containers of goods on the promise that he will send us a cashiers check. Once the shipment left, he refused to make the payment for the freight that he had already collected from the shipper. He has collected $17000 from the ultimate shipper for paying for the freight which was only $10000.
Now he has not paid us, the shipment is accruing storage as it has already reached the destination more than 3 months back. The Shipper/consignee cannot collect his shipment at the destination even though they had made the payment in full to CHRIS of RECOVERY TTA. They were operating under the name of TOP TEN RECOVERY and cheated a lot of people. Please beware of this person and this company.

Looks like this Chris of Recovery TTA is a fraudulent person, has cheated a number of people and companies. His company is also fictitious.
If there is anyone who can help in getting him to pay the the shipper can collect his shipment which will be abandoned / seized if payment is not made. Shipper / Consignee is under a lot of stress and Chris doesnt care, doesnt answer phone calls or e mails. it is just impossible to get a hold of him.
