They set up renting agreements between companies and/or private persons in Palermo, Capital Federal, but also other places near Buenos Aires. DO NOT USE RED-ACTIVA REAL ESTATE!

I used the company to look for an apartment. They told me that there would be no fees for their services, as they had agreements with the people/companies renting out, that as commission for finding a person who would rent the apartment for 6 months, they would be given a sum equal to the first month’s rent, from the owner of the apartment.

I later find out they charged me this fee, because the could not get the owner of the apartment to agree with this, and they then claim that this agreement all along was that I had to pay the fee.

I would urge everybody to stay away from RED-ACTIVA REAL ESTATE as the company has no business ethics, and does not have any problems cheating people for their money.
