I went into Hair plus they had a special buy one redken product get the other half off, so I bought the product. I noticed on my receipt the clerk, a male hateful man, seemed angry he had to stop working on a customers hair to ring me up, Scott was his name) had rounded off the total of each product, should be 16.95 he made both an even 17.00, not much but it is the principal of the thing. I with with my husband so he said you should say something. So I went back in, stood there with my receipt but it was obvious the guy had no intention of coming back to the counter. So I said, excuse me but it is not right to round off totals to your customers like that. The guy went nuts in front of customers yelled, I did not round off anything! he would not ask to see my receipt or even offer to give me back the difference. I said I have the receipt right here that shows 17.00 on each, he yelled so what is 5 cents! if you dont like it dont ever come back! just like that, that is what he yelled, if he has not done it on purpose how did he know how much it was, why would he not look at receipt and just apologize like an adult, I spent 30.00 in there and they guy would not even offer my 10 cents back or, and yelling in front of customers like a crazy person. It was weird, , my husband said lets go, I think he may be mentally ill, we will go to mall office. I called corp after mall office gave me the number, but have not got a reply. Why would an employee act like that unless they know they can get away with it. Like I said it was the principal of the thing, I was not demanding anything, just wanted to bring to his attention, what he was doing was wrong
