wants to cancel rediff account

i want to cancel my rediff account permanatly and immediately too because some one has theft my password. when i was changing my password again he/she using my rediff account with out my knowledge so kindly say the procudure for cancel my account immediately.

No access to email
I have been struggling for more than week to login & check my rediffmail account. Lousy, pathetic, horrible are very decent worlds to describe the services of rediff. They are the perfect example of "how to screw things when they are working well"
I wonder if they exist after couple of months (perhaps it's already dead!!)

DONT GO FOR ONLINE BUY
Hi,
I have ordered for an MP4 Player and I received a very old, seal less, item. Not sure why re diff cheat people like this. Please remember that if the same feels to every customers that we cannot trust you, then obviously you will not be going to be our favorite. I do not want a product which is not as per the specification in the site. DONT CHEAT US!!!
tell me the process of refund or else I may have to go for a consumer forum for sending me an item which is not as per spec

Worst service
I have purchased the Rakhi and Rakhi gift pack, a month in advance, on rediff and still they could not deliver to shipping address on August 14. On the website, they didn't showed the status till the delivery date as August 14. So, I have sent query asking why the Rakhi was not delivered and I got the response on August 16, that the Rakhi is delivered, whereas in reality Rakhi was never delivered. I have really faced the pain of online shopping first time. Since, for me the time was very very important. Then I spoke to their given Courier Service, i.e. TNT at Mumbai on August 16 and TNT courier service told us that they got the consignment on August 14 itself from Rediff office. So, how can they deliver on August 14 at Nagpur. But, I have been told by TNT service that the Rakhi will be delivered by evening of August 16. But, unfortunately the TNT courier service also emerged as a equally big fraud as Rediff.com. As of August 18 yet, the Rakhi is not delivered and I don't see any hope now. It make me once again believe that the Indian companies are most unfaithful group of people with poor discipline over this planet who even doesn't care about others' emotions. Rediff and TNT are some of the best examples of it.
My brother was leaving the home for his work place on August 16 evening and my Rakhi could not reach before he left the home. It was really embarrassing for me. I stay at Chicago, USA and I never expected that my Rakhi will not reach my brother at Nagpur. I will never recommend anybody to shop on Rediff.com. Its a big fraud and cheating online shopping website. Never every do any shopping from this website to get yourself cheated.

E-mail flooded
Someone has sent me more than 1000 add requests to my rediff bol messenger (the highest number that i could read was about 950). Every time i log into my messenger using my id, these requests come as a pop up and so fast that i cannot even do anything. Eventually the system hangs and i have to restart my pc. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem??? It is really urgent.

Rediff is a fraud!
This is a dissatisfied consumer who had placed an order with Rediff shopping a month back. Normally product ships within 7 days after placing an order, problem with case is Rediff doesn't holds any responsibility as it does only provides platform to buyer & seller.
Unfortunately vendor is running out of stock for the product being ordered & does not seems to be responsible enough to refund the payment accepted by him in advance. Beware!
