Ordered their "BUT WAIT" cookers by calling the 800 number...was on the call for no less than 20 minutes REFUSING to purchase all of their other monthly offers. Had my cc charged $72.67. Received the RediSetGo cookers (Buy 1, get another for just the shipping and handing! Wow...what a great deal!) and the first time we used it, the timer would not work correctly and it burned everything we attempted to cook! Decided that we didn't want to keep them so we returned them with the enclosed mailing label. Continued to check my account for my credit and finally after 3 weeks got a credit for $22.04. WHAT???? So I proceeded to call their Customer Service department where I was informed that the shipping and handling charges were non refundable - $29.90 and that the return shipping with their "Smart Label" cost me an additional $20.73. So I paid over $40 dollars in shipping and handling for a piece of CRAP cooker that broke the very first time we used it! I advised the customer service rep (who by the way was SO rude and unhelpful) that I was going to find every site that I could to complain about their product and make sure everyone knew what a complete SCAM they were operating!

i had a hard understanding the phone call.it was not a person on the phone.i will never order again when its not a person.i dont want to be in a club so please take me out please.ms.barbara heaton.

They just want to get you signed up for all the extra you see if you look down the bottom on the website, I have learned the hard way NEVER call the 800 numbers. This is available on amazon with all the same free item for the same price and no shipping = /

The second time I used the redisetgo machine the timer know got so hot that when I went to add time to the food I was making the timer twirled around and the plastic melted so now the knob is off and the timer is no good to use! That's only the second time I used it!

The item I ordered is not as advertised. I want to cancel my order.
