Processed a payment without authorization
I contacted Redline Recovery (800-269-7140/877-531-0333800-804-8082) to reschedule my payment for the month of September. I talked to a manager and he agreed to change the date to the end of this month. I checked my personal bank account (this morning) and they PROCESSED THE PAYMENT. I called relentlessly and kept gettingthe run around from Redline. It turns out they are "sub-contracted" through another agnecy call Hilco or Equitable Assets. I am still chasing after the person that is suppose to be handling my account for me.

Threatening to Harrass Me
I called Redline Recovery because they left a general message on my phone. I like to be thorough, but I will never call back one of these crazy places. I have never had any outstanding debt.
When I told the man I wasn't who they were looking for he started shouting at me. I told him prior to hanging up that I have a private number and not to all again. The same called me back and told me they will continue to call and harrass me because he doesn't like my attitude. Why should I be harrassed by a man/company that I have no business with??? What has this got to do with my attitude?

fradulent collections attempts
harassing phone calls regarding American Express payment that I had already made. When I called Amex, they said that my account was never turned over to collections, that they do not work with Redline Recovery and that the call was a scam. Amex suggested I google Redline Recovery myself to see their fraudulent track record.
