We have returned you reebok shoes since the pairs sent to us was of number 6 & we have placed order for number 8.

We have sent you back the shoes with additional courier charges based on your commitment that we will received it in 2 weeks.Many a times false commitments are done as on date we havent received the goods & its loss to me costing 4, 000 INR

We need to have an appology letter towards the delay & mishandling a customer subject to penalty

Senoir Supervisor, Mr.Rashid commited that the stock is not available & delayed internally they have not conveyed any message to the customer who has paid you nearly 6months back, finally he assured me the the rediapatched will be done between 1-3 July 2010.

Further to his communication he also conveyed us to proceed with consumer complaint

I bought a Reebok sports shoe (Style code : 1-142209) from a Reebok show room (Franchisee: freeganj ujjain) 2 months back, on 3/3/10. It started ripping off within 2 months of use and that too using it only for office work.

When I showed this to the shopkeeper
he behave in a roody way and told me do wht you want

but at the time of selling he commit me for 6 month replacement warrenty

and now he is telling that he told me this statemnd by-mistake

I HAD PURCHASED A PAIR OF REEBOK SHOES, AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTHS SHOE UPPER WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED, ON REPORTING TO THE DEALER, I WS TOLD THAT THE GOODS SOLD UNDER THE DISCOUNT SCHEME ARE NOT UNDER GUARANTEE. HOWEVER, REEEBOK HAD SOLD THE GOODS TO US BY REDUCING THE PRICE AND NOT BY STATING THAT SECONDS SALE. SO THE CUSTOMER EXPECTS A 1ST QUALITY PRODUCT AT A DISCOUNTED RATES. I HAVE RETURNED MY SHOES TO THE DEALER BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. REEBOK HAS REJECTED SAYING THAT IT HAS BARRD BY GUARANTEE PERIOD.

I purchased Reebok shoes through an INDIA TODAY Offer and was sent shoe size US 12 WHEN THE REQUIREMENT WAS FOR SIZE US 11.
I cant use this size US 12 and want to know how soon and from where can I get to change this size to the correct one.
There must have been a confusion at the time of despatch at your end.
Can someone look into this and confirm. I shall be extremely greatful.

I cannot believe this Reebok Commercial is actually running on TV- and no one is complaining!!! This is absolutely insane. This commercial has a women completely disrespected and disrespecting herself- by showing her voice saying how she wants people looking at her privates/ breats/ ass.
what kind of commercial is this? I thought reebok was a respectable company. I have no respect for them now.
