This is all Fraud! I did my research prior to sending any personal documents and anyone asking for funds via Western Union is a scam. If you are interested in working for anyone in another country, do your research by verifying legal documents, embassy requirements, etc. Never send money via western union or the internet. A legal requirement to collect visa or work permit fees are done through an official government office.

This is similiar to the email scam saying you won money or someone claiming to work for an import official and they need to send you money...ALL FRAUD!!!

It makes me sick to think that these scammers are targeting skilled workers on legitimate career sites and it makes it tough to weed out the legitimate jobs from the scams! I am a highly skilled, college educated worker and the desire to work in another country has been a big dissapointment. I suggest researching through workpermits.com, expatriates.com or the desired country's local embassy.

The tip off was the request for funds via Western Union to a specific individual. Fees collected for visas, permits etc are not funded to one person...you are basically paying the scammer directly. Your funds will never reach the agency or government...and an email address from legitimate government entities are government emails, not free e-mail services like Excite, yahoo, etc.:
