Horrible service
(Pacific Finance Group LLC) http://www.pacificfinancenw.com service is horrible. They submit my loan for a lender, but didn't give me any information, even when I called, they only said that they are working on it. After more than 2 months, I ask why it is take so long, that said that, they submit the another lender a few week ago. They didn't even inform me, and the rate go down since I locked. I think if they submit the loan again the should let me know and give me a current rate.

I started the process to refinance my home loan through Citimortgage to get a better rate and thus lower my monthly payment. I was struggling to make the payments of over $1700/month on a $180, 000 loan at 6.75%. The sent me to WCS Lending for the refinance. They are located in Florida and I am in Texas. After months and several 100's of dollars to pay for a appraisal. They offered me a 5.37% loan that would cost me $10, 000 in fees. It lowered my payment to $1585/month. So I took it. Six months later they have an AHA moment. They were not charging me enough escrow. Even though they had my previous loan so essentially I was tricked into believing I had lowered my house payments. But now 6 months later and 10, 000 lost they have increased my monthly payments to over $1800/month. I think their tactics deceptive and misleading. I would have never refianance at a loss of 10K for only lower payments for 6 months.

I want to say that chase processed my loan to0 fast, i was expecting this process to take 60 days and it only took 30 so i wasn't ready for my lower mortgage payment and the additional savings on interest i would receive. This surplus in my savings acct has lead to an excessive amount of spending

Trouble Closing Loan
Obviously I didn't do my research before I accepted the pre-approval via telephone from Freedom Mortgage of NJ. That date was June 5, 2009 and on July 22, 2009 (48 days later) I withdrew my application since I had come to the conclusion that my loan was never going to go to settlement. Freedom is by far the worst refinancing I have ever experienced. I continually had to call/email to find out the status of my loan. Upon my email to Freedom, I would get a few word answer such as "I am working on it"! The mortgage broker/lender did his job with the pre-approval; I got no further calls from him even when I withdrew my application. The loan processing department was horrible as the same questions were asked over and over again. Upon my submittal of information, more and more requests continued to come. Yes, they got my $350 up front like every other blindsighted person. The worst of all my frustration is that the rate I was being quote was excellent (however, upon settlement I probably would not have gotten that rate)!
PLEASE, PLEASE do not refinance with this company--they are incompetent

Scamed by IGS for $1000

Stole $1000 dollars
IGS collected $995 up front, plus I paid $280 for an appraisal for a 30 year refinance at 4.875 with one point. I signed loan docs on May 6th. Between May 6th and June 15th I spoke and emailed several of their employees concerned about the delay in funding. I was reassured again and again that they were behind due to the high volume of refinances, but everything was okay and my loan would fund. During a weekend legal radio show I heard someone complain that they had been notified by IGS that they could no longer qualify for the rate on the signed loan docs and that when they went to their offices in Irvine there were over 100 angry customers in the same situation. The next day I was contacted from IGS and told that they had fired my loan officer and they had lost the lock. They also pointed to a clause in the contract that stated IGS could change the terms of the loan at any time. I thought it applied only until the loan docs were signed. They offered a loan at 5.25% with 2 points and stated that it was only $79 more a month. That is over $26, 000 a year. They also will not refund the $995 up front fee.
If they did this successfully to 100 people, that is $100, 000 in up front fees that they have collected and are keeping. I think that even with their clause, due to the volume of people they pulled this bait and switch on - it should be considered fraud. I am willing to join any class action suite against them. All I really want is my $1000 back and to prevent them from being able to do this to anyone else.
