We have a claim since July 29, 2008 about a drawer that broke off in our refridgerator and when the technition came he said it could not be fixed so we called Maytag and since then we have only gotton a run around.Excuses have been: -Still in review - did not get paper from tech - will check on this - so sorry for delay - need tech to call in person - need fax of report - finally they gave me a number for Judication department and when I called them they told me that dept. did not talk to customers. That was the last straw - I would like to get a lawyer to fight this but can't afford it. What do I do now but go buy a new refridgerator - but definiatly not a Maytag brand.
This has gone one for 4 months and 15 phone calls from me to them.
