no ice formation in freezer
its been 1 year that we brought L G refrigerator, have been repaired twice but there is no ice formation in the freezer. please look into it as life is not good with this refrigerator.

no temperature control
I had purchased LG Refrigerator on Dt.15-3-2010. My fridge has lost its temperature control mechanism.I have registered complaint at my LG dealer since 3-4 days but not responded yet by any technical help.Please send your Technician immediately.

base plate corroded
My refrigerator compressor fixing base plate has been fully corroded and it needs replacement by a new base plate, the cost of replacement will be paid please.

Give high voltage current
I had purchased a refrigerator on 4th July 2010. It gives a high voltage current. After repairing it by company engineer, my prob is not resolved. I am expecting your good response soon.

Credit
I purchased a new refrigerator from Sears. Approx 45 days later it went on sale for $200.00 cheaper. I requested a $200 refund on my sears credit card because I had already paid it off in full. They have never contacted me personally just sent me letters in the mail denying my refund.

Technically I could have returned my refrigerator for a credit and re purchased a new one for the $200 credit. I chose not to do that hoping that Sears would give me me my credit.

Less then 7 yr old fridge died
Purchased a new Hotpoint side/side refrigerator. Had one repair less than 4 years, the second repair well over $500.00, but tech suggested I got a lemon. GE offered $100.00 voucher or wait 7-10 days and get pay $670.00 for a new fridge. I will never purchase another GE product. My family and friends have had problems with these made in Mexico products. We thought we were buying American made. Customer service is rude.Stand by your product and pro rate it. Average fridge last 12-15 yrs--put your money where your mouth is-send me a check for $500.00, make it right!

WARRANTY
PURCHASE A REFRIGERATOR, DISHWASHER AND COMPACT REFRIGERATOR FROM SEARS IN FEBRUARY 2008. CALL TO HAVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE DONE ON THE LARGE DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR FOR WHICH MY HUSBAND AND I PAID CASH FOR. SEARS HAD NO RECORD OF THIS PURCHASE, HOWEVER, THE COMPACT REFRIGERATOR THAT WE HAD TO RETURN WAS STILL REFLECTING IN THE SYSTEM. SEARS HAD NO RECORD OF THE LARGER REFRIGERATOR EVER BEING PURCHASED. I HAVE A PRINT OUT OF MY BANK STATEMENT WITH THE PURCHASE, AS WELL AS RECIEPTS FROM SEARS. THE INK ON THE RECEIPTS ARE NOT VERY LEGIBLE, BECAUSE OF THE FADING. I GAVE THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AND SOME OF THE APPLIANCE MANAGERS NUMBERS THAT WERE LEGIBLE. THEY COULD NOT RETRIEVE THE INFORMATION ON THE LARGE REFRIGERATOR. THE INFORMATION ON THE COMPACT FRIDGE AND DISHWASHER IS AVAILBLE. FURTHERMORE, THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM MY DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT NUMBER TO THEM AGAIN. PLEASE ADVISE. I APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND CONCERN WITH THIS MATTER.

Remarks MESSAGE FOR CHAIRMAN/MD/CEO ONLY Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I purchased one Refrigerator Model LG 195 9M4&5 Bar Code No.GL195NM5CLIZEBN(IN) S.No.900NLFD010779 from your Dealer Bansal Electro Vision Pvt Ltd, Jakabpura, Gurgaon vide their Bill No.10098 Dated 23.09.2009. From the very first day of the purchase I experienced that Light (Inside Bulb) is not working properly & conveyed the message to your call centre- No response till date. Please note that on 23rd November'09 around 4 AM I faced some problem in my breath, I woke I found the heavy smoke spread in my house. I immediately see what happended. I saw heavy smoke is coming from kitchen. I called my family but that time they are unconcoius then I called my neighbours for help.All helped us they took my family, Gas Cylinders but they failed to save my kitchen regular items including Food Processor, Room Cooler - 1 No Make Simphany purchased on 9.6.2009, RO Filter, Washing Machine, Kitchen Utensils with routine family store items i.e.Dal, Ghee, Sugar, Atta, Rice many others kitchen items - All burnt or damaged due to heavy heat With the blessing of God & timely help by my neighbours I save my family In morning on 23rd around 6.30 AM I booked my complaint No. CO9B2300015to your Call Centre Tel No.18001809999 as well as your Dealer. Your representative Mr. Neeraj+1 visited my residence at 2.30 PM on the same day to assess the situation & took the photo of the scene as he confirmed that because of Thermostat Fault it happened. It shows that No Quality system is followed in LG to make the final product. Again one team without any intimation or identification visited my residence on 24th evening to take the sample of burnt Refrigeratior from inside material. But Result NIL till date.One of your executive told please give SMS on5757554 & Adopt option 1 we will contact you - no response. In these circumstances how any one believe on your product. It shows that all products are free from Quality Check available in market. All norms are bye-passed in earning the money for Company. I described all story to your Call Centres People & they told that they give new Regrigerator within one 15 days & I asked what about others losses they have no answer they told You contact our Head Office only they will settle. The Total Loss in around One Lac including Refrigerator. In some bad happened in my family who is responsible - no answer with your team. I request Chairman/Managing Director/CEO of the Company who is responsible for such bad product available in market look into the matter & pay compensation immediately otherwise I have no option to knock door of Honourable Court for justice. Also stop playing with human lives in the race of earning more profit as human lives are more important than profit. Treat it most urgent.An early reply in this connection will be highly appreciated. Defective Refrigerator
We purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator serial no.INE080400053 Model No.11066 on 26-03-2008 for Rs.35750 vide invoice number 3897KMC from DASS ELECTRIC TRADING CO.(P) LTD. I think you will agree that this a costly and luxury item for a service class and onetime heavy investment. Unfortunately the refrigerator developed problem - no cooling down of the lower compartment. A complaint was lodged at 022-60008558 on 24.9.2009 registered at serial no.PN0909006533. This complaint was attended and a technician opened the appliance and only suggested me to keep the refrigerator closed for 12 hrs and if it do not work he would again come. As it did not work I again called the same technician who directed me to book a complaint again. Accordingly I again booked a complaint on 26.9.09 registered at serial no.PN0909007265. Thereafter I atleast called the service centre, technician, call centre at Bombay, Dass Electric co atleast 50 times when the Service Centre informed that the Censor fitted is not working and it needs replacement. Also informed that the said spare part is not available at Pune and they will place order and as soon as it is received it will be attended. The same person attended, examined
and informed that the PCB needs replacement the cost of which as informed was Rs.1800/-. We agreed to it. That was replaced and we paid the said Rs.1800/-. But the light connection inside has not been given and he has told he would do it on Monday which I hope. This is the state of affairs prevailing in the so called reputed company. Now I regret having purchased a whirlpool refrigerator. t a time I felt like throwing it on the road despite the heavy price paid. I had a Godrej 165 ltrs frg.which gave me trouble free service of 18 yrs and again I had a Godrej ultra which also gave me a trouble free service of 14 years. I have gone through so many complaints about whirlpool frig on this site and I doubt whether any of the public grievance have been attended or not. Now whoever go through this complaint I will request and suggest "never buy whirlpool product". I hope the future generation will go in for an Indian Product like Godrej etc. I hope I will get some response for this grievance.

no body is responding
There was a problem with my whirlpool refrigerator of 400lt.Company empoy's had taken RS1500 from us as they were saying that there was a problem with commpressor and our refrigerator was under warranty and after changing the commpresor the refrigerator didn't worked the same day also, then they(company empoy) said that we weould again changing the commpressor after 1month they again changed the commpresoor, then also the refrigerator didn't worked then after 15days they had again come to change relay after that 1month they changed fan motor which was of Rs1100 and we didin't pay the charges of fan motor as we said to them that we will be paying it only when our refrigerator would be working and again we called ur company employ then after that they are not responding to us.The persons involved in this was Mr.Kaleem, Mr Zaheb, Mr.Sohiab, Mr.Amit, Mr. Azad and many more but now now one responding us our refrigerator has not been working since 3 months and we have purchased this from RISHIKESH.phone no. 0135-2434753, 9927217896.reply as soon as possible.
