Thermocol Pieces coming with Ice Cubes
I BOUGHT DOUBLE DOOR REFERIGERATOR
CODE NO. RSH - I DBP on 13.4.2009 from M/S Dee
Kay Visions (P) ltd., SCO 4-5, Sector 8C,
Chandigarh. for Rs.64990/- vide Booking Slip
No.403 dt.13.4.2009. I have lodged Complaint
Vide Complaint Booking N.8411104529 around four
days back I have been phoning and visiting the
showroom in sector 8 regarding my complaint that
Thermocol pieces are comingout from Ice Cube
dispenser when it is pressed for taking out ice cubes.
No satisfactory reply is being received from the service engineers when contacted on phone. Till date
nobody has cared to attend to my complaint.

Denied check
I purchased a refrigerator and freezer at Home Depot. My check was denied because of the "transaction". I have enough money in my account. They verified my identity by my drivers license number, name, DOB, address and account information but still refused me. This is ridicilous. How can they legally do this? I'm an honest person and could not complete my purchase do to these idiots. They should be shut down.

ice maker still not working
Well its been a month since I tried to get my ice maker fixed and three service calls and still it's not fixed...today yet another final part came and I was told by the we care department at Sears : sorry the best we can do is sometime Monday( a holiday and by the way we will be there sometime between 8 and 5)...despite the fact that i was promised by both the technician and the customer support person (Amelia) that when I received the parts I would get next day service. The repair was suppose to be $135 . We are currently at $350. when I told them Iwas dissatisfied today to cancel the appt and refund my money I was told they couldnt do that despite the 100% satisfaction gaurantee...Dont ever call Sears for home appliance repair and never use A&E service.

SERVICE MAN NEVER SHOWED UP ?
WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE MY REFEGERATOR FIXED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8-12 IN THE AM ON 12/15/08 GOT THE RUN AROUND ALL DAY. THEY KEPT SAYING THE SERVICE MAN IS COMING ? WAITED 11 HOURS ! THEN THEY TELL US THE SERVICE MAN IS NOT COMING ? SO WE ASKED IF THEY COULD COME THE NEXT DAY AND THEY TELL US NO ! THAT I HAVE TO WAIT TWO DAYS CAUSE THEY ARE BOOKED THE NEXT DAY !!! ALL OUR FOOD WENT BAD. NICE SERVICE CONTRACT. CALLED 10 TIMES THAT DAY ALL THEY SAID WAS HE'S COMING, STILL WAITING !!! WHAT HAPPENED TO SEARS ???

many many problambs
i purchased a new home in april of 2005 my frig was damaged on delivery so ge fixed it then in one year and six months they valve for the ice maker went then the hole ice maker unit went then one year later they defroster unit went now after the defroster went at the same time now are ice maker valve is bad again after we replaced it so how long befor are defroster goes after we just replaced that to when are icemaker and valve went i camplained and was told we would recieve some money back for that but never herd back ever again we could have baught two refriges for the price of one this is to much i never had 1 problamb with my new house just this stupid frig ge frig i baught a 2003 hyundai elantra drove it for 4 years put 90, 000 miles never had 1 issue why cant ge build a frig as good as a hyundai elantra and what are you going to do this time since you never did a thing befor and don, t tell me i need a exstended waranty or i will tell you i need a good lawyer, my frig is 3 years old and every year in three years i fix one or two things enough is enough . 12895 sw 50th ter ocala fl 34473 352=245-8710

This is to inform you that we are a regular customer of whirlpool appliances, have to file a complaint against a member of your service department who is selling the spare parts of whirlpool appliances illegally that by telling in the company that he is replacing in the guarantee but he is actually selling them, and asking the customer not to ask about the prices from the dealer or the company.the name of the person among your staff is Mr. Shravan who resides in Dayal Bagh, Agra working in Bharat Agencies, Agra service department.
Kindly take immediate steps against that fraud person otherwise i am going to the consumer court to file a case against the dealer or the company.

Non-refund of advance amount paid by cheque on 30-10-2007
Dear Sir,

It is 5.30 p.m. now. Your offcials have again proved their scant respect for duty by inaction which indicates that your Company is untrustworthy .

Why is this deficinecy in service perpetrated in a Company claiming to be custonmer friendly ?

Anxiously awaiting your swift action for my refund cheque - this time please convey on telephone abut despatch by courier. One can't wait endlessly at home waiting for one's own money.

I also appreciate your probing into the deliberate delay in the matter,if otherwise, let me have clear details of why the delay is so much prolonged with a vague reply from your officials.

2. Response from sales team was false assurance of delivery between 3 – 8 p.m. each day when telephone
3. My cheque no. 897889 dated 30-10-2007 drawn on Syndicate Bank ,Dombivili presented for payment by M/s Godrej & Boyce and cleared for payment o 5/11/2007,as per my Bank details.
4. Inordinate delay has caused me loss of advance amount of Rs. 1000/-, telephone charges for 35 calls on an average made for FOLLOW-UP.
5. When telephone on 8/11/2007, Assurance by Mr. Vaibhav to keep balance amount ready promising delivery before 8 pm. on 8/11/2007
6. This unfair act has caused me immense mental anxiety and stress resulting ill-health.
7. I have tried to contact Mr. Matthew Cherian, but mobile phone Nol (9820363638) is always busy and he has not called back.
8. Attempts to Contact Mr. Om on mobile 9820545057 also had no response.
In the circumstances, I am constrained to cancel the order booked. Kindly request you to cancel my booking order and also to arrange to refund the advance amount of Rs. 1000/- as well as loss of call charges amounting to about Rs. 200/- expeditously.
9. Shri Rustom J. Havewala was out of station and informed on 20-11-2007 that by Friday 24th Nov the refund cheque will be delivered to me.
10. Today it is Friday, 24th November 2007. h It is 5.30 p.m. now. Your offcials have again proved their scant respect for duty by inaction which indicates that your Company is untrustworthy .
