Called sears for freezer fix on frig. Made me wait 1 week before they could come out. Took off work on the day and they never showed. They told me they could reschedule for the following week. 2 weeks without freezer/frig. That is ridiculous. Carry ice and coolers every night is crazy. Their truck broke down. So fine, I should be first for the next day. Oh No. That is not our policy. Will nevr ever buy form Sears again.
And this man on the phone when I first called wanted me to pay him for an extended warranty so "I wouldnt have to pay for service"
Can they even hear themselves? Wants 500 dollars or some such thing so I wont have to pay for service call. DUH!!! Who is the stupid one here.
