Never delivered me computer
This is the worst company to deal with. In my opinion they are nothing but liars. FedEx lost my computer, they kept telling me they would reship, had to call them back, never got a new tracking number, they would never call back. I kept getting warehouse is in different location, warehouse hasn't updated tracking number, we will research and email you the tracking number. I finally had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. Never buy anything from this company, in my opinion they are liars, cheats, scam artis and, thier customer services manager nevers calls you back. What a rip off

Was send wrong product
This has got to be the worst business I have ever had to deal with.They sent me the wrong product i had to pay to ship it back took them 2 months to get my creditand now they won't give me the cost of shipping back. You never can talk to a manager cause they are never there. This has been the biggest hassle ever dont order anything from them!They try to hide behind what they say is a good company the peiople are rude .this not worth the hassle of ordering pay a little more and deal with someone who really cares about their business.

Scammers
SCAMMERS! Purchased a computer for my husband while I am away in Afghainstan so I can see him on the webcam. Was excited about the price and saw that it shipped in 1-3 business days. LIES! No tracking number and they already took my money! I am still trying to get a tracking number even though the order status states shipped. I believe they do this because you cannot cancel after the order is shipped so they get you there. Do not buy from them! Poor business dealings! I still do not have a computer. Nothing for my money.

scammers and thieves
These people have quite the deal going on. It is hard to believe that this type of business can operate in the U.S.
They sell "refurbished" electronics that are sent to you not working and you have to pay to send it back plus suffer a 15% loss for restocking fee (for a product that didn't work?) They even charge you a restocking fee for an extended warranty that only existed in cyberspace. Long story short... if you spend, say $603.00 to buy a computer with an extended warranty and it doesn't work when you get it - be prepared to accept less than $500. credited back to your credit card. And that doesn't count that you have to pay to send the piece of crap back to them.
A sister or parent company is Comtech, also based in Brooklyn N.Y.

I was order 01 computer lap top TOSHIBA SATELLITE L305-S5919, Item code 7000, price and shipping total $399.90, date july 05-2009. But i don't see refurtDepot shipping to me, no ship date, no shiment tracking number at today july, 13-2009, i call the office no answer they left record machine, they still my money
