I heard that there is a bad complain regarding the way of how this company is managing their employees.

Lately, I heard my friend indicating his dissatisfaction and disappointment upon his decision on working in this company. He is graduated from Diploma and found out that the salary scale was indeed almost the same scale as a SPM student working in the company.

Here, he indicates that this salary scale have put him into a phobia whereas he is thinking what is the use of studying Diploma if the salary is very low at the scale of Rm6xx.xx. Better don't study is what he said lastly.
