I am controlling the printings including printing invoice for all companies which consist of 6 companies situated here in Kuching and another 2 companies situated in both Sibu and Sarikei. Therefore, I am in charge of 8 companies.

Okay, its fine with me, but if there is a printing error due to some rushing, who's fault is this? My fault or the management as I am been given too much responsibilities causing complication.

The story starts like this. Last few weeks I was told to print invoice for the branch in Sarikei. The assistant who told me to print the invoice for them did not inform me about the last running invoice number. So it should be a running number. Here, I start to print the invoice after been checked by superior. After I pass the invoice to the branch in Sarikei, I was been told and been scolded for the wrong running number.

Who's fault is this? I am not been told about the running number. The assistant did not pass full details to me and I am been rushed to prepare it as I do not know how much stock they (Sarikei) still have. And then, I am controlling the printing of invoice for 8 companies so this complication, who should be blamed?
