I downloaded the free scan upon recommendation of a computer repair person. the down load and scan was free, but of course, you had to pay to get rid of the "problems". The scan supposedly found iver 800 problems on my computer. I got suckered into purchasing the program for $29.00 so I could fix these mounds of problems. Well I wasted my money. The computer does not work better than before and in fact is even slower than before. I emailed them to ask for a refund because they stated that you had a 30 day money back guarantee. They did not respond. I am going to see if my bank can do a charge back or something. This is the last time I buy anything over the internet!!! I bet those testimonials on the website are FAKE!!!- Mad in Kansas
