I am a paid subscriber to Regcure product. In tranferring datafrom old computer to new laptop exe. program was inadvertently erased. How do I reinstall paid services to my new computer?

Could not find anything in in the on-line help menu that addressed my problem. Added complication, have misplace entry code and password, if any, to this program. Curret installation does no more than the free installatio.

That ridiculous program deleted many important files before I had a chance to stop it. What a ball buster and NO TELEPHONE number and SUPPORT no response.

I purchased two licenses on April 29th for 49.95. I installed one on my desktop which works fine. When I tried to install this program on my laptop I found no location on their website to do this. There is no customer sign in or registration. They have not responded after multiple attempts and the address they give to contact [email protected] com does not exist. Their main web page has no place to contact them. They have put multiple hits under regcure with apparent rave reviews . I cannot reach this company and strongly recommend not using them. I am suggesting all people who got scammed to write to the FCC and their attorney general with their complaints. Regcure, If you are reading this I want a refund or you will have your day in court. hi i have purchased regcure software for data recovery from "PARETOLOGIC.COM" but it didnot worked properly and i am not satisfied with the results of this software and i was not able to get my data back even after using software many time.
so i am requesting the company to refund my money.

I "bought" the program in September 2007. I have since been told there is an annual $19.95 subscription renewal fee. Customer service refuses to answer any of my queires. I do not recommend this product at all.
