Unauthorized Yearly Fees
I purchased RegCure for $39 in September 2007. At that time there was no mention that it was only a 1 year subscription, and to continue using it I must renew at $20 per year. This is outrageous since I legally bought the program. Since they have my credit card data, they will automatically deduct the yearly fee without authorization. I did not rent the program, I bought it. Support has not been willing to help. There seems to be no way to cancel the subscription. This program is misrepresented.

Caused computer problems!
I purchased and downloaded RegCure and could not get it registered. While waiting for a 48 hr reply on the problem my computer froze up. I deleted the program and the computer is fine. I canceled the order within hours and requested a refund several times. I have heard nothing. I paid by Visa.

Made fair situation very bad!
I had purchased the RegCure downloadable software yesterday to correct a few minor issues with my registry. NOW, after downloading I can't get to most any web sites that I direct my browser to. I couldn't even get to RegCure's Tech Support on line to help because the page won't load. So, I emailed them first thing this morning and opened a file case. Five hours later and I'm still waiting for somebody to respond.
I'm wondering if I re-install XP over the existing one that it may clear out my issues. What a bummer this company is turning out to be. Very similar to Spyware BOT!

Wrong Information
I was having trouble downloading Adaobe Acrobat 8.1.2 and was getting an error 1401. I entered this error number on google and Regcure software came saying they could easily cour the fault.
I tried the free download but found it eas not free but decided to purchase as I needeed the Acrobat Reader.
After downloading the RegCure software it ran a check on my registry found 750 faults said it had cleared them, but the same error message appeared when i tried to download the Adobe Acrobat.
I emailed them and complained and told them I was not satisfied as they has misrepresented their product and all the did was to refer me to the Acrobat Forum

regcure repairs file/path and check again shows 22 again 92 register key just refund my money to much problem with regcure

It's a piece of sh*t!
I am so sorry that I did not find this complaint board BEFORE I downloaded RegCure!! I is horrible, my computer froze up, my flash player stopped working, my computer became real slow... I could go on and on. I was able to uninstall this piece of $hit software... Thank God... after spending the last two days trying to get my computer back to it's previous condition BEFORE Regcure, I am happy to say my 'puter is working like she use too!!!
One more thing:

regcure 1 license
i purchased the regcure to fix unresolved issues on my computer and when i tried to run it it went back to the page i was originally on requesting payment information. I have a copy from paypal that the payment was accepted. please give me a full refund as i am concerned already, especially after noting the website that indicates your software destroyed someones pc.efe2d

Scam and rip off!
RegCure advertises itself as a "free" download never indicating that there is a charge. I know this is a common practice, but I believed it was time to complain. I ran the software that freely downloaded and found 1477 errors; the program corrected ONE small error (according to their report). If I needed the other problems corrected, I needed to register and pay for the product. I did not even get one chance to determine if the "fixes" would do any good. In at least one case, the Web site (http://www.bbbonline.org/cks.asp?id=106022113831) contained a Better Business Bureau Reliability Program seal.
