Cannot get key codes
Dear Sirs : I have had this program for two weeks and have not been able to use it yet. I cannot get n o one to send me the key codes and I finally got the confirmation code. But still have not been able to get any one to get me my key codes. that you and I would appreciate a quick response or I am going to turn this over to my credit card company. Thanks

RegCure destroyed my computer
I had been experiencing a slow response from my new Windows Vista laptop for a few weeks and found RegCure on the internet. As it came highly recommended and found 28,000 problems with my registry keys, I purchased it a a cost of US$30 and cleaned the issues. On the same day I decided to check the system again and RegCure found another 6,000 problems which the program 'fixed'. The next morning when I turned on my computer I was mortified to find that I no longer had access to any programs or the internet. In fact, there was nothing at all on my computer that I could access. I run a home business and an inaccessible computer would have been disastrous had my husband not had some of the information on his laptop. The only way forward according to HP help was to re-format my computer which I have. Now, I have to begin the arduous task of re-entering all my programs formats, templates, business contacts, websites etc. There is NO response from the company on the matter of a refund and no apparent way of retrieving this via an internet consumer watchdog. DO NOT USE REGCURE, it is destructive and simply does not do the job it purports to.

didn't do a darn thing, infact made it worse
after using regcure for the second time I noticed that alot of my programs had to be re-installed and there really was no change in how fast it went , and before using this product yeh it was slow but i never lost programs . I feel that i was frauded and would like my $39.90 back .

Caused many problems!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SOFTWARE. I have a Dell with Windows XP, and OE7. After Googling my OE error, a product called RegCure repeatedly came up as being in the top 3 best fixes, claiming to speed up my PC and automatically fix errors that were causing this incredible sluggishness. I researched this product repeatedly, only to find that it's reviews were repetitively very good. So after downloading the trial version, which illustrated hundreds of errors on my PC but could only fix 6, I purchased the fully licensed version, which promised to fix all these errors it claimed that I had. Initially, my PC acted lighter and faster, like it had a breath of fresh air. Then, gradually, I had more and more problems, including the very same problem in OE that it was advertised to fix. Now, I have problems in OE, IE, and Windows Media, to name a few.
Each time RegCure was set to scan my computer, it read the exact same number of errors, even though they were supposedly fixed each time. The shortcut for RegCure on my desktop was now a dialer!! I have eMailed support and did get replies, though it took a week each time. Their remedies included me sending them my logs, which didn't help at all, then telling me to restore my computer to a previous time (duh!) as well as manually restoring some of my missing registry keys and then some. H-E-L-L-O...
I have uninstalled this software and all of its components, and called ClickBank for a refund, which I have now received. If anyone out there has paid by credit card, ClickBank managed the transaction. Their number is 800-390-6035.

RegCure product deception
Fortunately I'm reading these complaints before I purchased the product. Their Website lists the words "Free" three times or more. I had it scan my system and it came up with over 1,300 problems. Then, to fix, of course, you have to register. When you go to register, they ask you for information -- but they give you next to none about themselves. Any company that does not offer their contact information, phone number, or address on their web page is raising some serious red flags. Their site wants to charge me $29.95, but Googling I find I can get their product cheaper else where. Fortunately I found these warnings. It does not sound or look like a name I can trust. I smell a skunk here.

They are nothing but thieves!
Two weeks ago we paid what we thought was 29.95 for regcure to help our computer but we have found out they charged us ten dollars more than we were told. It is a great scam they have pulled because we have bought a program that doesnt even work. They are nothing but thieves.

FAKE/ MONEY HUNGRY.
DOWNLODED REGCURE FOR MY NEW COMPUTER FOR LATER PROBLEMS THAT MAY EXIST. PAID THE AMMOUNT TO HAVE AND COMPUTER SUDDENLY WENT NUTS. WILL NOT RUN AS IT DID BEFORE REGCURE WAS LOADED AND PAID! I TRIED REPAIRING MYSELF AND OTHERS. "I WANT MY MONEY BACK"

Software causes problems
I purchased licenses for both my PCs. After activating the full version and running scans, got registry errors and problems with other programs loading on my computer. The RegCure website does not clearly identify how to obtain a refund, so I submitted a request through their technical site. Have not had a reply yet, but am not impressed as this software has caused problems on both my computers. I am removing this program from both of my computers and will continue to pursue this (thought my credit card company if necessary) until there is a refund. This program clearly is not the cure that they tout it to be.
