First Xionix LLC put malware on my computer and it wouldn't go away until I downloaded it at a price. Of course I had to "Agree" to the terms. Apparently one of terms was to have account debited every year for a renewal license. They do not notify me prior to the transaction and they use the company name. Of course the company name is not one readily rcognized and so far I have not been able to fins any contact information-- no website, no phone number, no address. I want to cancle my yearly withdrawal, if anyone knws how to get into Xionix to cancel a yearly renewal, please let me know. I am sure that this company has spent a considerable amount of money to make sure their ways are legal, but they certaintly do no care if their company isviewed as ethical or customer service oriented. Even the emailed receit for my deduction has no contact information on it.
