First and foremost, I will like to take time to thank those individuals who took the time to publicized their complaints about this fictitious company on the internet, because of those brave posts it saved my family and I from throwing away $795.00 on some bullshit software that no way in hell could have saved our home from foreclosure. Regency Financial Group sent me an email (email spam) to my place of business telling me to call them and they could help me with a Home Modification Program, how they got my information is be on me. Regency Financial Group presents itself using multiple names; one is HOPE Financial, please BEWARE of anybody or companies asking for money up front for Home Modifications or in this case money for software!!!...

I called and talked to a representative named Francisco Salvat whom stated that they are a "Hardship Adjuster” (huh). So if you have any hardships such as not making enough money or being "upside down" (as I am) this will "qualify" you for this program, we hung up someone else called me back after 10 minutes and said that I qualified for the program that will cut my monthly payments by approx. half and be able to get a fixed mortgage, WOW.

I got a funny feeling something was too good to be true with this company, because they wanted my bank account information for payment for some software call “DocuSign” for $795.00. I told him, I will call you right back with that information. So I went to www.docusign.com and found “Try DocuSign’s Free Trial”. That trigged me to search a little deeper and I found similar websites (ripoff.com and BBB.com) and people on difference forums saying the same thing I experienced. The one thing for me that connected these sites together was that they all had the same fax number (561) 952-4662 and all their sites even DocuSign looks like a Middle School Students developed the websites for a classroom project.

When I confronted Mr. Salvat in an email, I got this reply back from him;

Sr. With great respect and I mean that sincerely, please take moment to understand business in AMERICA, its something called MARKETING, which we hired a company to do that for us for the services of selling modification software. NOW if your not interested, then you can be an ADULT which is what most men in AMERICA above the age of 26 act like. and sincerely say im not interested. But to accuse us of non sense is so childish and imature. so grow up and be an adult.

Summary:
Now, do I need to comment on the B.S. email? I think so, in his email and I quote “we hired a company to do that for us for the services for selling modification software”. Let me get this right, so they’re a software company acting like a financial group that can help people modify their home loan for the sole purpose of selling their software for $795.00!!!. If that’s not a scam, them I don’t know what to call it.
I am very sorry for anyone who has been affected by a scam like this, but hopefully this will allow you to see through these people before it’s too late.
Please do your homework, research websites and people, this is a whole new world we live in today or a fool and his money will soon be departed…….
