My name is Mohd Saleem and I working in Saudi Arabia as a Software Engineer, my family came to India with me on 26th January 2011 and God blessed me a Son. I have submitted my son MOHAMMED OBAID passport(file no HYD-Z350456-11 ) personally at hyderabad regional passport office on 08th March 2011 and came back to Saudi Arabia on 9th March. Police verification is additionally completed in April.Now(for almost from the past one month) the status is showing as ''It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time''.I afraid that my family Visa will expire, If this process keep on delay like that. I tried to reach the enquiry no's but nobody attended it. Could you please look into this and do the needful.

Respected Sir/Madam,
My daughter has applied for the passport on 11th Jan 2011 under Tatkal. The Acknowledgement says the despatch date as 19th Jan 2011. The passport status summary says, "Passport was ready on 19-01-2011" since two months from now.
When we went to Regional Passport for status enquiry, the enquiry staff has not been responsive. The passport status is last updated on 25th Mar 2011.
Even I have sent SMS and also tried calling to the numbers provided in the official website but there are no responses.
Hence, request to resolve this issue at the earliest.

I had applied for passport in tatkal on 09 feb 2010, police verification was complete but I still did not receive my passport. I submitted my documents twice at passport office and I have submission proof with me.

this information is being shown from past 2 months
i would be greatly obliged if you could despatch passport as soon as possible, as i required to travel abroad shortly.
