to who it may concern, I paid for a copy of my birth certificate and never got it. I paid on line for faster service and did not get it. I was told via phone It would be sent with in 3days of the phone call. why do they threaten us consumers by saying that if paid for via credit card, we have five days to send all other documentation or the request for a copy will be terminated and we lose our money too? well, if I paid by credit card and sent the docs they requested, why haven't i got the birth certificate?I was in school and face getting kicked out because they are taking their sweet ass time, or just ripped me off. they tell a date and you count on it and then nothing. How are we suppose to trust our Government or county records if they lie to you . I paid and ordered on 2-25-10 and here it is 3-22-10 and still nothing. what is there problem? 911 happened in the past... I think this sucks that you need a birth certificate to get a job but you don't need one to go and fight for this country. all i want is what i paid for, or an explanation why they are sitting on there asses and taking care of business. they took my money fast but i have waited over a month and still nothing. I want something done please i don't want these who ever they are to rip me off any longer.
