Poor customer service

VERY POOR SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

(I have since moved to mydomain.com and have been quite happy & they are cheap)

The registerfly services are really provided by multiple loosely connected organizations. The gaps created by this is quite apparent in trying to use their services.

I tried unsuccessfully for over a dozen hours to configure these services to provide basic DNS management and email forwarding. Lots of broken links, non-functioning interfaces that seem like something needs to be configured somewhere else first.

Twice (in a three week period) I get thru on their "live chat" but the person I connected with only understood part of the full picutre, since they only worked for one of the loose companies.

All I wanted to setup was basic DNS and email forwarding. After a dozen hours of banging my head (with almost no documentation or customer support) I gave up.

save yourself pain. avoid these guys.

Terrible company

I had two domains still registered at RegisterFly.com but they were actually listed with eNom. I tried to renew both for 5 years each, but because of a lock at eNom, RegisterFly was unable to transfer the domains over and renew them. Rather than refund me the $108 I paid for two 5 year renewals, they refunded $9.99 for each domain and told me I had to use the remaining balance on their other products and services.

Both domains have been successfully renewed at eNom and I have $80+ at RegisterFly that I will never use. I have no interest in the their other products and services and it is quite a scam for them to tell me that they will only refund one year's worth of domain renewal when I paid for 5 years for each.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but 50 of 51 complaints on this company (F Rating) have gone ignored. Stay away from this company. They will only take your money and not deliver what you pay for.
