False advertising
Almost ashamed to admit it, but I fell for their false advertising. I received a file from a a friend in an Apple format. When my PC would not open it, I searched the web for a solution. RegWork was listed as an advertiser, with four products listed. I bought into it, and paid $39.95 plus tax to get a registry fixer. As a "Special Bonus Gift", I also received software described as helping me use any kind of file. Checking this against the apple fileI had, I was informed that I would need to use Apple software.

Does not fix file path references
Received this RegWork program I believe it was of Windows Microsoft that was suppose to fix my computer registry. I run the program and paid $39.95 for it and I have 2 file path references that it does not repair. It just repeatedly says pending as a result. I want my money back and I can't find any phone number or address to find support. Can you help me?

does not work
I was sort of "sucked in" one night when Regwork offered to clean up my computer and mae it run faster for 39.95. I paid. I got a registration license key, a very looooong one which I carfuly copied down several times, plus cut and pasted onto one of my emails. no matter how many times ItrI ied to put in the "key" it would always come back saying that I had put in the wrong digits. Even when I used the cut and paste!!! I immediately called my bank to stop pay: turns out that stop pay will cost as much as this useless piece of stuff. I can't get it to work, and now that I've read about the different "services" like this, and the complaints about them, I am inclined never to buy such a thing again. In any case, I will definitly - even if it costs me $5 more... stop pay on this just on general principle. It's a rip off. I can't be entering the wrong "key registration #" 10 times. Especially using cut and paste. It's ridiculous. I will see what I can do with my bank. I really don't want to waste $$ when I need other things for my computer. I'm really outraged. Take my advice: avoid!

Program won't work
I ordered RegWork by internet on Jan 30, 2011. When I paid by Mastercard a notation appeared that the bank had paid. A form appeared with details of the purchase and instructions to print it. I clicked on print and was informed that no printer was found. I checked and my computer responded that the printer was connected and was ready. I pressed _ to save that page then went to the next page to enter the registration number I had copied down. I entered it and was informed that it was invalid. I repeated it with the same result. I then got an offer for a 14-day trial for $4.95. They already had $39.95 from me! I am disgusted and want my money back. In all the pages I checked I found no address or phone number to contact the company. I believe this to be a scam.
