Overcharged
Ordered a Regwork Errors Fix System at a reduce price. They charge me full price of $39.95. Did not receive a key to use the program. I inform them I did not have a key, they said it woould be e mail in 5 minutes.
So no key, no program, and overcharged as well. It that program pops up delete it quickly.

how long is it good for, time length
I signed up for Regwork. it never stated how long the cost was for 3 mos, etc. now it wants me to sign up again. no # or e-Mail to call. i quess it worked okay, one it said it couldn't fix. if your a good company why would you not have a contact #.

How to contact for refund
I was unable to open a file and was directed to reg work. I could not open file becvause I do not have excel. My husband had to restore all programs. I want a refund. Thanks

stopped working
RegWork was workin fine than suddenly it no longer works! The computer attempts to configue it when ever I attempt to activate the program.

Froze up computer system
A free scan, $9.95 to get the key to unlock the pgm, comes up $39.95. The registry key (copy and paste) did work, however after doing another scan and allowing the program to fix all errors (467), the computer would not reboot except in safe mode. I removed the program by restoring to a prior time. I always put in a restore point prior to any download, saved me several times. I requested a return of payment to credit card, have not heard anything yet. The credit card has a system I can request non-payment due to several reasons, including product not functioning correctly. Most cards have some system of this type. Beware.

Key Wont work
Downloaded program and paid for registration Key which wont work after 4 attempts . Attempted contact with them but they refuse to answer .( Paid by credit car, stupid and should have used PayPal )
Now all I want is my money back ie $49 and some change . But it will be very surprised if it happens, or maybe they will finally answer .

not working
i bought this product on line. it worked once! know everytime it ask for the license# and i give it to them, they tell me it's the wrong #. i did'nt pay 29.95 for it to work once. !!! i want my money back or someone should e-mail me or call me. if you need the license # i will e-mail it to you the way you did me.
