I write you in order to explain a problem a deal with.

I ordered a pair of classic boots color sand size 35 Order Number: 86563 in the name of Rejane Bistué which has been shipped on October 21 2009.
My daughter has worn them approximately five times since.
One of them was torn quickly
I have asked a shoemaker to rapair them, but he said he couldn't, it wouldn't fit at all.
Now the weather is really cold she can't wear them anymore.
Please advise what I can do to get them repaired.
Please find enclosed the Airway Bill and 2 pictures of the boots.
