many charges - few shipments received AND they simply don't care
To sum it up, the charges went through, yet the product was not delivered on time. When the count was 4 charges to 2 bottles delivered, I sent them an email to which I got automated response (no human signed there) that made no sense. Today, when the count was 5 charges to three bottles delivered and, again, I run out of the product before the end of the month, I also send them an email to which I got - again - an automated response telling me that they will refund the extra charge and take me off the list.

My correspondence with Rejuvenate " WorldWide Support Team" is included below. Obviously the robots that work there don't care for their customers.

Below is my correspondence with you, with my last message to which I have not received your reply.

Your product is great but VERY expensive yet your customer service is terrible or, based on my experience, non-existent.

You have a shipping problem that has to be straightened up or I will have to look elsewhere for the equivalent product.

After my email below (in red) dated July 13th, only one more bottle came, so the total of shipments received is now THREE bottles, yet I was charged again, second time in July, on July 25 which brings the total of charges to FIVE.

Aside of the dishonestly of holding my money way ahead of the delivery of the product, the time intervals between the payment and the received shipment are longer than one month and I am running out of your product on monthly basis.

I would appreciate – since I am a human with a name that you know – if a human with a name could respond to me this time, or I will have to take this matter to the Better Business Bureau or whatever organization looks into matters like that, and I will certainly stop the payments.

What are you talking about? And whom am I talking to? Who is "Rejuvenate Worldwide Support"?

One more time, the matter couldn't be simpler: aside of the free sample bottle, I paid so far for four bottles but got only two. Please check if you have shipped to me two bottles for which I paid but haven't received yet and respond to me personally or forward my email to someone who will read it carefully, and respond personally to me.

I've been ordering cosmetics from US for years and never had such a ridiculous problem!

I ordered Resveratrol on March 26 from you (see your confirmation email below). The first bottle for the special price of $14.95 arrived very fast. Thank you.

However, so far you've charged me :

- twice the full price in April – charges went through on April 11th and April 29th,

- once the full price in May – charges went through on May 25th, and

- once the full price in July (so far) – charges went through on July 7th.

TOTAL of FOUR charges.

Aside of the sample bottle for $14.95, so far I've received from you only TWO bottles of Resveratrol which causes me to run out of it before the next bottle arrives. You are at least one bottle behind with shipments.

I trust you will straighten it up ASAP.
