I ordered Ageless Free product with the understanding I would pay for shipping cost only on november 30, 2008.
Received an email saying product was on its way.
I have not received the product. Tried phoning them according to toll free number on website but phone number not valid.
I have sent numerous emails to them and have had no reply.
Received my credit card bank statement and they billed me for shipping but on Dec. 16 got billed another $62.04.
On Jan 10, 2009 I phoned my credit card company and found out i have been billed again but this time for $81.40.
Still haven't received the one item i had ordered.
I ended up calling their direct line at my expense, and found to my dismay one cannot speak to anyone. The recorded message tells you to press this number, then another number. After 10 minutes of listening to this, it then refers you to their website to leave message and one will get back to you immediately.
I have had to cancel my present cc number and my cc company will be looking into this matter.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to go on their website. It is a fraud.
