deduct amount from my mobile no 07876391616
Sir Rs. 20/- rupees hav been deducted from my reliance mobile account (07876391616) without doing anything. I never opt. any service like hello tune/jokes etc. but they deducted activate any of them and without my consent they deducted balance from my account. I want my balance refund other wise i give writen complaint to press reporter of the main leading newspapers

discoonection of number
i have a number of relaince which i give the request on 26/8/2010 to convert into prepaid...but they cannot process my request...and sending request, ...now they threaten to pay the full amount...all the fault is of compony...plz help me

dissconnection of number
number 8010622200 has been disconnected without any proir notice with none of my fault and customer care representatives are unable to give saisfactory reply. since last 3 days i have been badly harrased even after sunmitting my documents on datd 26/02/2010 at reliance comm. customer care centre sector-16, rohini, delhi-89...
kindly take the action soon otherwise i am unable to continue th above mentioned no.

Handset problem
I am facing problem of handset which i was purchased 5 months back, Classic 761, but now its screen is not working, when i taken this mobile to customer care for service, they said they will give one form , that i have to take to shop where i purchased, and they will replace it, but when did i do that, the shopkeeper said, its not possible they will send to replacement and untill it get i have to wait, and it will take 3 months, how is it possible to wait for me without that mobile please tell me the answers and the get me my corrected mobile
