I took this company to small claims court today (see my review below.) They have an ironclad contract that does not spell out what you were verbally told. It says they are required to give you 6 dates in 5 years that are "nearly" what you are looking for. In other words, they can give you matches that aren't what you are looking for (even though she said upfront she had what I was looking for) and that she can avoid you like the plague for 4 years and 11 months if she wants, as long as she gives you 6 dates before the 5 years is up. It doesn't say anything about the hundreds of first dates and 6 "second" dates as promised. its been a year since my last date and she hasn't returned any of my phone calls or emails.

They really covered their butt so they can get away with not giving what was promised and taking alot of money. They did agree to pay me $200 in mediation which is a joke, but I don't plan on using them again so it was something atleast. I am going to do everything I can to make sure no one else uses them and has this happen to them. Apparently court doesn't care about what is ethical, only what is in writing. THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL and tricks you!
