On Saturday after long thought I would be taking my Truck back to Reliable Chevrolet and have them fix my emergency brake again.. They supposable fixed my emergency brake for $200.00. The noise my truck is making is identical to the sound made at that the first time I brought it in. So I called KEVIN BROCKMAN at Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield Missouri he was the supposable Manager in charge. And explained it’s probably the same thing as last time. He said we will look at and let me know what he finds out. I dropped it off as asked to at 8:30 am. By 2:30 I was curious to see how it was going. So I called he said they had just started on it by 3:30 I had a call explaining that it was my brakes and 1 calipers. So I asked him how much it cost to repair with them. He said about $340. I said I will have to see what I want to do... Kevin Responded we will have it ready for you. So I get to the dealership at about 4:30 my truck was ready, seeming all they had to do is put the tire back on. I go to get my keys and have a nice bill for a brake inspection... So I demanded to talk to Kevin Brockman. This man is extremely arrogant, I said Kevin you did not tell me you where going to charge me to look at my truck especial since it stems to the same thing as the repair you supposedly made to my Truck back 7 months ago. He called me a liar and said I told you it would cost if it’s not the emergency brake. For the record I pay attention very closely when dealing with a dealership to void this exact issue. Kevin not once mentioned that he would be charging me $50 to look at my truck. So please be careful what you do at this dealership and do not trust anything Kevin Brockman says.
