False advertising
Placed order for pizza boxes based on a photo (next to the description) of a stack of WHITE CORRUGATED boxes and a general description of the item as simply "white pizza box" 16 x 16 x 2.
When item arrived it was a totally different item (flimsy white chipboard box) than what was shown.
When I called customer service I was told "if you read our return policy you'll find a section at the bottom that states that the photos are stock photos from the suppliers and sometimes they aren't accurate. If you want to return the item there will be a 25% restocking fee and you'll have to pay the return shipping."
(You're kidding, right?)
I was supposed to read the entire return policy BEFORE I placed my order in order to know that item shown is not representational of the item I would receive?
Isn't that sort of like showing a photo of a Cadillac car, describing it simply as "car", and expecting the customer to be satisfied whey they receive a Yugo?
Bottom line: READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU ORDER, THEN ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!
