first i have to said that Contructor is nor Reliable is oposit -Very, very bad service.Thay have office mansion above and also cotruct was sind with company letter had with flushing adress.In the office was alway answering system . I made apoitmant to do work at my house : stucko, change 10 windows and new owning.
Salsmen name Bill show me best windows and we sind the contruct.In contruct was date of project end also model of windows . Thay 4500$ up front .now i know i was so naive.Afther that i start to call Mr Bill with question : vere is my windows .He said he is no more working for that company because company take money from customer and never finsh job or give tham difrent product, than president of that company call me Mr J.Malanka with treting me and my family .He is Big Man he cant find me etc if i dont take windows with he choose for me.I took copy of recipt and find out is difrent windows and difrent company order this windows.
I call president again and wont my money back he said Never .I call my atorney .i whet to small court thaay have trouble to delivery court letther to his office because he was register on Manhattan (NYC)
Findly next time Nobothy from R.Remodelers show up and thay loose in smal court .I think now no problem to get my money back .Afther i whet to Marshal office the company close acount in the bank and disconnect telefon in thers office .Thay still active, charging people, treting people, changing bank acounts .
Before you do any bisness with companys like that please check on customer reports, because people like Reliable Remodelers thay slil working on to take money and not to do job.

I recently cancelled my assosication with "RELAIBLE REMODLERS." They are located in Oregon and sell so called leads to contractors.

I had a terrible experience with them. Most of the names/leads they provided never replied to my numberous messages and e-mail. Those that I did get in contact with said they had be inundated with calls from too many contractors.

They over billed my credit card for the leads and never issued any direct credits to my credit card for the phoney leads, or the leads that had already contracted the work, or the leads with worng telephone numbers of names.

In my opinion they are not to be trusted. The person I dealt with never provided me a full and direct answer to most of my quetions.

I inversted many hours making calls trying to make contact with these leads. My time would have been better spend going thry the phone book and just cold callling.
