Miguel Quian refuses to pay back monies owed to employees that he required the employees to make company purchases with there own credit cards. Ex. We were told to buy the roofing material for the daily use by the company and that we would be reimbursed for said purchases. We summited the receipts to Mr. Quian and he has refused to pay us back. he continually says that he has submitted the bills for payment but now he does not return a phone call or e-mail.
